
This week, I gained $52 in dividends—and the best part is, all those dividends are automatically going toward paying down my margin debt.
Using margin has been a great way to learn and truly experience how leverage works in the stock market. Dividend-paying funds make this process even better, because they help cover the margin by themselves. It’s like the portfolio is working for me, paying down the loan while I continue to hold and grow my shares.
